Requests brings together instances started in AUTOMY so users can find them, review their status, and open the information allowed by their role. π Available views View Content My Requests Requests started by the current user.
Received Requests received through assignment or participation.
Review Items requiring review, subject to permissions.
All All requests allowed by the userβs role.
Bulk Upload Conditional feature for starting or loading multiple records. π Search and filter Use search, recent ordering, and page size.
Observed filters include from/to date, status, requester, start mode, group, and process.
Clear filters before concluding that a request does not exist.
Open the request to review its form, history, and authorized actions. π Status, access, and bulk loading Status names depend on the process and commonly represent pending work, approval, rejection, completion, or cancellation.
Being able to view a request does not imply edit rights; every action depends on the current step, assignment, and roles.
Bulk Upload may not show controls when the tenant, process, or user lacks the feature.
