What is a Token? (Simple Explanation) Imagine that an external system (such as SAP, a website, or an ERP) wants to connect to Automy. π A token is like a digital access key.

How to Create a Token (Step by Step) β Step 1: Go to Entities In the left sidebar menu, click on Entities .
Search for the entity where you want to allow external access. β Step 2: Open Settings Locate the entity.
The configuration panel will open. β Step 3: Create the Token Go to the Token tab.
Enter a name for the token (Example: SAP Invoice Integration). β Step 4: Choose Permissions Permission What It Allows π Read View information βοΈ Write Create new records ποΈ Delete Remove records π Enabled Activate or deactivate the token warning Only enable the permissions that are strictly necessary.
