This guide presents the minimum and recommended requirements for mobile devices, browsers, hardware, connectivity, and permissions required to use AUTOMY and its Apps reliably in daily operations. 🎯 Document Objective Define the minimum and recommended mobile device profile required to use AUTOMY and Apps in a stable way during daily operations.

AUTOMY is accessed through a browser and does not require downloading from an app store.

Apps can be installed as Progressive Web Applications (PWA) on the phone. 📱 Supported Devices Device Minimum Recommended Android Android 10 or higher Android 12 or higher iPhone iOS 15 or higher, iPhone XR or later iOS 16 or higher, iPhone 12 or later 🌐 Supported Browsers Google Chrome (recommended on Android and iPhone).

Important: Open AUTOMY directly from the browser.

Do not use internal viewers from WhatsApp, Instagram, Teams, Outlook, or other applications, as they may affect sessions, camera access, App installation, and offline operation.

Internet Explorer and discontinued browsers are not supported. ⚙️ Hardware Requirements Component Minimum Recommended for daily use Android RAM 3 GB 6 GB or more iPhone iPhone XR / 11 iPhone 12 or later Android Processor Mid-range 2020 or later Upper mid-range 2022 or later Screen 5", minimum width 360 px 6" or larger, or tablet Free Storage 1 GB 2 to 4 GB Devices not suitable: Android phones with 2 GB RAM or iPhones older than XR may experience browser crashes or instability when opening forms or files. 📡 Connectivity Minimum: stable 4G connection.

The first time AUTOMY or an App is opened, the working environment is downloaded.

Do not use 3G networks or aggressive browser data-saving modes. 📲 App Installation and Usage The environment must use HTTPS.

Android: install each App using Chrome, Edge, or Samsung Internet through the Install option. iPhone: use "Add to Home Screen" from the browser Share menu.

Open the App at least once with internet access before using it offline.

Do not use private/incognito mode when session continuity is required.

Do not routinely clear browser or site data. 🔐 Device Permissions Depending on each App functionality, users must allow: Camera and microphone.
