This manual will guide you step by step on how to organize, configure, and manage the different types of groups and environments within AUTOMY.
These tools are essential to structure information, control access, optimize processes, and automate tasks .
You will be able to work with: Element Purpose π Process Groups To classify processes into categories or hierarchies. ποΈ List Groups To organize lists used in forms, rules, or tables. π Entity Groups To manage reusable tables or custom data structures. π₯ User Groups To segment users by area, position, or role (e.g., approvers). π Report Groups To organize Power BI dashboards with access control. π API Connection Groups To group external services integrated into your processes. ποΈ Environments To separate workspaces like Development, Testing, or Production. π 1.
Process Groups π§ What are they? Process Groups allow you to classify processes within the platform.
You can create parent-child hierarchies to better organize workflows. π Ideal for separating operational, administrative, legal, and other types of processes. π Access Main Menu β Settings β Processes β Process Groups π Create a group Click Add .
