Delegations ensure the operational continuity of processes when a user is absent due to vacations, leave, or departure from the company.

Assign another user to take over their responsibilities temporarily or permanently. πŸ›  Steps to Follow πŸ”— Access the Delegations Section Log into AUTOMY and go to the Main Menu .

Within Settings, find the User Management section and click on Delegations .

A list of all delegations created in the platform will appear. πŸŽ‰ Create a New Delegation Click the Add button (located at the top right).

Complete the form with the following information: Type: Select Temporary Delegation (for vacations) or Definitive (if the user is leaving the company).

Delegating User: Choose the user who will be replaced.

Start Date: Indicate when the delegation begins.

End Date: (Only for temporary delegations) Define when it ends.

Reason: Briefly explain the reason for the delegation.

Configure the toggles as needed: Delegate pending tasks: Transfers the user's current tasks to the delegate.

Keep user as approver: Both the original user and the delegate will receive notifications and be able to approve tasks.

Remove delegated tasks at the end: Tasks will return to the original user when the delegation ends.
