This guide explains how to use the Apps area in AUTOMY and how it differs from Sites.
It is intended for anyone who needs to find existing applications, change how lists are displayed, or start creating an application or a site. 🧭 What you will find in Apps Apps are web applications that let you design forms and connect them to processes.
They can also be used to customize how a process form or a list is presented.
The section brings together available Apps and provides controls for finding them and adjusting how they appear.
In this same area, you can switch to Sites .
A Site is used to design web pages that can present information from processes or entities.
Apps and Sites are therefore related options, but they are not the same type of item. 🔢 Check the number of Apps When you open Apps, the indicator at the top shows how many Apps are enabled.
Use it as a reference for the enabled total; do not confuse it with the number of results currently displayed if you have applied a search or filter.
The area also includes a search field and controls to refresh the view or start creating an App.
Below them is the list, which you can browse using different status and display options. 🔎 Search and refresh the view Enter the first three letters of an App name or its full name in the search field to find it.
Search helps narrow down what you need to review in the list; it does not change or create the application.
If you want to update the displayed items without losing your search text, use the refresh button with the circular arrow.
