This guide explains how to use the AUTOMY Lists dashboard to browse, find, and organize lists, and filter the information you need to review. 🧭 Open the Lists dashboard From the main menu, open Home and select Lists .

Home → Lists A list works like a non-dynamic dashboard or report for viewing records from a process or an entity.

It presents information in fields and rows, helping you review and track records.

There are two types of lists: process lists show process records, and entity lists show entity records.

Both display record information in rows and fields. 📊 Dashboard indicators and sections When you open the dashboard, you will see three indicators: the number of enabled lists, the number of list groups, and the number of lists marked as favorites.

These values summarize the lists and groups in the environment; they are not usage limits.

The Favorites section gathers the lists you highlighted with the star on their cards.

If you do not have any favorites yet, the screen displays a message inviting you to star the lists you use most so you can find them quickly.

The Groups section organizes related lists.

A group can identify a collection of lists associated with a process or with a descriptive general name.

When you create a group, AUTOMY assigns it a color automatically.

Select Open on a group card to browse the lists it contains.
