The Entities dashboard lets you view and organize the information repositories available in AUTOMY.

An entity stores data and can contain the fields needed to record it.

Processes can read information stored in an entity or save information collected while they run. 🏛️ What an entity is for Think of an entity as a structured repository for related information.

You can add fields to each entity and record the required data in them.

This keeps information organized so a process can read it or save information to it.

The dashboard brings together tools for finding entities, distinguishing them by status or group, and accessing those marked as favorites.

The screen also displays summary indicators and lets you change how the list is presented. 📊 Dashboard indicators and sections Three indicators appear at the top.

The first shows how many entities are enabled; the second shows how many entity groups there are; and the third shows how many entities are marked as favorites.

These values provide an overview of the available content.

The Favorites section contains entities marked with the star.

Below it, the dashboard shows the entity groups and, in another section, the general list.

Groups help keep items organized: each is identified by a number and a name that makes the set it organizes recognizable.
