By Lily Dominguez Guerra ·

This manual is for people who need to consult reports in AUTOMY.

It explains the Reports and Datasets areas, the options for finding and organizing reports, and how to interpret the statuses shown for datasets. 📊 Understanding the reports area What the area shows The reports area lets you consult dashboards created with data recorded in AUTOMY.

It includes native AUTOMY reports and Power BI dashboards when an integration between the two platforms is in place.

The indicators at the top show the number of reports, the number of report groups, and the number of reports marked as favorites.

The Reports and Datasets views The reports view brings dashboards together with options for finding and organizing them.

The Datasets view lets you consult the datasets used by native AUTOMY reports.

Switch between these views depending on whether you need to find a report or review data linked to native reports. 🔎 Finding and organizing reports Use the options in the reports view to find an existing item or add a report or group.

To find a report, enter the first three letters of its name in the search field, or enter its full name.

Search helps you locate it without going through the entire list.

To update the view after entering a search, select the circular-arrow control at the top.

It refreshes the reports view and keeps the search text; reloading the entire page may clear it.

To add a report or a report group, select the button with the + sign.
