(Effective from January 1, 2025) Overview AUTOMY has implemented new email addresses specific to each functional area of our system.

These updates enhance the delivery of notifications and improve the management of automated communications.

This article outlines the new addresses, their purposes, and the recommended actions to ensure you receive all important messages from us.

User Accounts Email Address: no-reply@account.automy.global Purpose: To deliver communications related to user login and account management. 2.

Workflow and Automations Email Addresses: no-reply@flow01.automy.global no-reply@flow02.automy.global no-reply@flow03.automy.global no-reply@flow04.automy.global no-reply@flow05.automy.global Purpose: To send notifications generated by process automations, including tasks, email dispatch actions, and other automated communications.

Previously, these notifications were sent from notifications@automy.global.

The addresses are used randomly, and AUTOMY also supports connecting your own SendGrid or SMTP account if you require customization of the email domain. 3.

Administration and Errors Email Address: no-reply@admin.automy.global Purpose: For notifications related to system errors and other administrative issues.

This email is solely for automated notifications and does not accept responses. 4.

Billing Email Address: no-reply@billing.automy.global Purpose: To deliver communications related to billing, including the sending of invoices and payment confirmations.

This email is also used exclusively for automated notifications.
