Complete guide to the Reports module and Report Builder in AUTOMY
Knowledge Center — Flow Builder
By Lily Dominguez Guerra ·
Reports brings together the reports your company uses and those an administrator builds.
It supports two engines: Native builds the report within AUTOMY, using authorized datasets and queries to publish a version users can open from the catalog; Power BI remains available for embedding an existing report from a Power BI workspace, with its pages, security filters, and export options.
You do not need to write code to create a native report.
The assistant builds the experience from your description, and Report Builder lets you review datasets, queries, filters, and parameters.
Code mode is available for technical review.
This guide is for people who use and configure the module.
How to access Reports Sign in to AUTOMY with the correct company and environment.
You will see the catalog of reports you can access.
The visibility of each card, the Add report button, and the Dataset tab depends on your role, report permissions, and whether you are a tenant administrator.
Users who only view reports see the catalog and can open them.
Users with management access also see details, editing, configuration, and collaborators.
The classic administration list remains under Configuration → Reports (/configuration/reports).
