Entities lets users model configurable catalogs and business objects, store records, and reuse them in processes, lists, integrations, and reports. 🧭 Catalog The screen includes reload, add, entity/group/favorite counters, search, favorites, groups, density, and filters for all, favorites, premium, inactive, or group.
Cards show singular/plural names, description, group, premium flag, favorite, open, and actions. 📦 Entities, groups, and records Entity: defines the structure, fields, and behavior of an object.
Group: organizes entities and can participate in access control.
Record: a concrete instance, such as one supplier in Suppliers.
Premium: a special capability/license indicator; it is not permission by itself.
The creation wizard is dynamic and may request name, plural, description, group, fields, properties, permissions, and status depending on the version. 📈 Capacity: standard and Premium entities Mode Documented capacity Recommended use Standard entity Up to 50,000 rows.
Low- or medium-volume catalogs and operational data.
Premium entity More than 50,000 and up to 1,000,000 rows.
Master data, historical data, and high-volume operations.
The Premium badge appears in the catalog and can be used as a filter.
Capacity does not remove the need for permissions, pagination, filters, and appropriate indexing.
When a standard entity approaches 50,000 rows, plan migration to Premium before exceeding the limit.
