AUTOMY is a platform designed for efficient and scalable business process automation.

To ensure optimal performance, stability, and fair resource usage, each subscription plan has specific limits tailored to different operational needs.

Below are the details of these limits and the general execution parameters.

Plan Limits AUTOMY's plans are designed to accommodate different levels of automation and storage needs.

Each plan offers a set of optimized resources to maximize workflow efficiency.

Plan Max Requests per Month Max Storage Max Iteration Items Max Bulk Task Items Max Emails Starter 500 150 GB 100 100 1,000 Premium 2,000 500 GB 500 500 5,000 Enterprise 5,000 750 GB 1,000 1,000 20,000 Digital Transformation 10,000 1 TB 5,000 5,000 100,000 Custom Customized Customized Customized Customized Customized Custom plans are designed for businesses with specific needs, allowing adjustments to each limit based on project requirements.

General Execution Parameters To ensure efficiency and prevent excessive platform load, the following operational limits are established: MaxWaitActions: 15 (maximum number of actions that can be on hold within a process) MaxActionsPerProcess: 500 (maximum number of actions that can be executed in a single process; iterations with subflows count as a single action since they have their own limits according to the plan) Automatic action execution limit: The same automatic action cannot be executed more than 10 times per minute to avoid excessive loops.

Errors and Related Limits To maintain platform stability and efficient resource utilization, AUTOMY imposes restrictions on API usage and action execution: API request limit: "Too Many Requests - Quota exceeded.

Maximum allowed: 10 per 5s." No more than 10 API requests can be made within a 5-second interval.

Action execution limit per minute: "A possible loop has been detected in request execution.

The action '' has been executed 11 times in the last minute." To prevent infinite loops, the same action cannot be executed more than 10 times per minute.

Scheduled execution limit: "The maximum number of scheduled executions allowed in the last 6 hours has been exceeded. [# Executions = 12] [Allowed = 12]." No more than 12 scheduled executions can be performed within a 6-hour period.
