(Effective from January 1, 2025) Overview To enhance connectivity between AUTOMY and our clients' services, we have updated the IP addresses used for both outbound and inbound traffic.

These IPs are essential to ensure that automations, integrations, and other critical operations continue uninterrupted.

This article details the new IP addresses, their purpose, and the recommended actions for proper configuration.

Details of the New IP Addresses Outbound Traffic IP Addresses: 52.255.84.68 172.202.161.28 104.210.213.136 104.210.213.137 104.210.213.138 Purpose: These IP addresses are used by AUTOMY to interact with services hosted within your infrastructure, facilitating the execution of automations, integrations, and other critical operations.

Inbound Traffic IP Address: 52.255.81.34 Purpose: This IP address is utilized to receive requests from your systems to AUTOMY, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted communication.

Recommended Actions To ensure seamless connectivity between AUTOMY and your services, please perform the following actions: Whitelist the Following IP Addresses: Configure your firewall or security system to allow traffic from the following IPs: Outbound IPs: 52.255.84.68 172.202.161.28 104.210.213.136 104.210.213.137 104.210.213.138 Inbound IP: 52.255.81.34 Validate Your Security Rules: Review and adjust your firewall and security settings to ensure that both inbound and outbound traffic to/from these IP addresses is permitted on the relevant ports and services.
