In AUTOMY’s Process area, you can search for and organize processes, review favorites, and filter the list.
This guide explains the summary indicators, search, groups, display options, and how the processes you can see depend on your role. 🎯 What is the Processes dashboard for? The dashboard brings together the processes available to your user and gives you tools to find them.
You can search by name or its first letters, group related processes, mark frequently used ones as favorites, and filter the list by status, flow type, visibility, or group. 🧭 Finding your way around Open Process from AUTOMY navigation.
At the top, summary indicators show counts for processes, process groups, and favorites.
Further down, you will find the Favorites, groups, and complete process-list sections.
The indicators provide a summary; the list lets you browse the records available to you. 🔎 Searching and refreshing the view Enter a process’s full name or just its first letters in the search box.
This helps you locate it without browsing the entire list.
The circular-arrow icon refreshes the Process view without reloading the whole page.
If you have entered a search term, it stays in the box when you refresh, so you do not have to type it again. ⭐ Marking and opening favorites Each process card has a star in its upper-right corner.
Select it to mark the process as a favorite.
The process then appears in Favorites , where you can quickly find processes you use regularly. 🗂️ Organizing processes into groups Groups bring related processes together under a shared name, such as an area or activity.
This helps keep processes organized and makes a set easier to find, for example, processes related to Accounting or orders.
